When submitting a ticket, you can include screenshots and file attachments to explain your question.

Please only submit one question per ticket. We will push multiple-question tickets to the bottom of the list since they will take longer to answer. You CAN submit multiple tickets.

Please do not submit sensitive login credentials. You CAN submit a URL.

We offer support in English. Please use English when opening tickets.

We are in the EST time zone and answer support requests during working hours. We do not usually work on weekends or public holidays. Thank you for understanding!
